Mountain Vet to Pet provides both mobile, and conventional veterinary services to the Evergreen, Colorado community. Dr. Lisa Warren established Mountain Vet to Pet in 2004 after realizing a need for more a personalized, team approach for providing compassionate veterinary care for local pets and their caregivers.
Dr. Warren combines the service of home veterinary care with her fully equipped veterinary clinic providing a qualified and friendly support staff, diagnostic equipment including blood analysis and a state of the art digital radiography and a comprehensive surgical suite.

Dr. Lisa Warren and our Philosophy
Dr. Lisa Warren is originally from England. She is a 2001 graduate from The University of Georgia, College of Veterinary Medicine in Athens, Georgia. Dr. Warren’s practice background includes extensive emergency, feline geriatric canine and feline veterinary care.
Evergreen, Colorado has been Dr. Warren's home since 2002. She lives with her two sons, her three dogs (Leo who is a Cattle Dog mix, Bugger Boo and Amelia both Chihuahuas,) two horses Harry (a 17.3hh Irish Warm blood,) Emmylou (a 13.1hh Quarter horse/Mustang) and two cats (Nemo and George).
In her spare time, she and her children are avid skiers, mountain bikers and enjoy riding their horses.
Dr. Warren is a prominent member of the Evergreen community and involves herself in many local volunteer projects both pet and non-pet related. Being a positive, contributing member of our community is a priority for Dr. Warren and Mountain Vet to Pet.
Dr. Warren currently enjoys being a board member of the Colorado State Board of Veterinary Medicine and is committed to the highest standards of veterinary medicine both in her clinic and the State of Colorado.[read more]
Dr. Warren provides all life stages of veterinary care from the rambunctious puppy and kitten to the elderly pet. Dr. Warren shares a special interest and love for the well-being and quality of life of our senior pets and this is a significant part of her practice. Canine and Feline Rehabilitation Services:
Dr. Warren is currently completing her certification through the University of Tennessee CCRP (Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner) program. Dr. Warren utilizes passive therapy with state of the art rehabilitation equipment, including a treadmill specific for dogs. K-Laser Therapy is a drug free, pain free, surgery free treatment option. Laser therapy utilizes specific wavelengths of light to create therapeutic effects such as, improved healing time, pain reduction, and decreased swelling. This option is available for the treatment of many types of issues including osteoarthritis, soft tissue injury, and chronic wounds.
